How do I insert a picture?

There are two ways in which you can send pictures with emails.  Either you can simply send the picture file as an external attachment, or you can actually embed the picture in the email body, as if it were part of the email itself.

To embed a picture into your email, simply click on the "Insert" menu, then click on "Insert Picture".
